I well remember the phrase from my Mother when I was whining that "IT'S TOOO big". "Ahh, you'll grow into it" was the rejoinder.
In that photo there is a powerful delusion on the part of many many people. And the lack of a tie doesn't save that impression.
Still you can't get over the feeling that Gibbs and Ziva from NCIS had a few. And those frilly socks must set your inner feminist on edge.
